Bad Luck...or Good?

Today while driving home from having little sisters pictures taken, we are sitting at a stop light, and BOOM! Someone rear ends us. Everyone is okay, and like last year when we were in a wreck, I am taking all my kiddos to to be checked out, just to be sure.





This is the second time we've been in a small car wreck, no injuries, and something good has come of it. Almost like a weird blessing. Last year, our car was totaled which got us out of an upside down loan that we had been trying to figure out how to get out of for a long time! Blessing. We got new, safer carseats...blessing. No injuries, double blessing.





This time around, we get our bumper repaired (which was previously damaged from me backing into something, along with the damage from this wreck). A new bumper that had been bugging me and reducing our car value, blessing. No injuries, double blessing.... and getting to order THREE brand new Britax Marathon 70's, and not have to pay a penny for them... AWESOME blessing!




Im really excited to have a brand new bumper and the peace of mind of knowing that all three of my precious girls are in the safest car seat I could possibly find for them.
However, I hope these car wrecks don't form a yearly pattern or anything...I'd rather have a bumper hanging off my car and the cheapest, oldest carseats for my girls, then have anyone injured or worse.

Baby Shower

Husbands mom made this, she finished it right before it was time to open it! She's made one for every child we have and it's the only kind of blanket our girls will sleep with (we now have a hallway closet full of them!)

Thought I'd upload a few pictures from my baby shower today. I was totally blessed! There was a great turn out, great food, great fellowship, great gifts, great friends :) My friends worked hard to make it a special day for me, and they did an awesome job.

Fluff

Today I got to borrow a friends baby and try out some of my diapers on her!

FuzziBunz one size! We had two washcloths folded thick right in front in case she peed (I don't have the detergent to wash my diapers yet) So there is some added bulk in the front.

I really liked it! We got a good fit on her, and her fluffy booty is so cute!

This was the flip os. It was allot bigger than the FB on her, and not as many adjustment options. So on the smallest setting, it still went way up past her belly button and the insert is so thick it looked like it may be uncomfortable for a smaller baby. I'd order another FB OS before ordering another Flip.

Okay not really. But the hard drive in our two year old IMac is dead. Inexpensive repair...however...we are going to lose a ton of stuff. Pictures, music, movies, files, etc. Pretty much everything that was on the computer, which was ALLOT. Im bummed, and Adam's bummed that his PC's have lasted longer than the MAC without any kind of issues, esp. the hard drive. 

So...dead...no. Just needs an operation. It'll never be the same again without all of our stuff. 

And, just because I'm kind of bored....
